EIF Industries was founded in 2016 by director Roy Challen, with a mission to bring his personal values and vision to life.
Driven by a shared passion for electro technology and mechanical engineering, along with his extensive experience, Roy embarked on an ambitious venture – launching a successful company centred around respect, integrity and excellence.
Roy has grown EIF Industries into what it is today, by focusing on what matters most: his people and his clients. He has fostered an enjoyable, supportive workplace where employees are empowered to develop new skills and achieve their full potential.
